What is Validate T-shirts?
We were born out of the simple idea of creating fun, comfortable t-shirts for fun people. That's it!
What sort of quality t-shirts do you use?
We use a high quality 60/40 cotton poly blend t-shirts that are super comfortable. The are NOT the kind of tees that you buy and then never wear again because you wash once and they shrink and twist and don't look good when you wear them.
What are your shipping costs.
We have a flat-rate shipping cost for all orders.
All US orders are $3.50. If you order 1 t-shirt it's $3.50, if you order 20 t-shirts it's $3.50. So order a lot and save on shipping.
Orders to Canada are a flat-rate $6.50 for every order.
All other International orders are $13.00 flat-rate.

Can I order shirts in sizes not listed?
If you have a special size request let us know at [email protected] - we'll see what we can do for you. There may be additional costs associated with special orders.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Most orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement and will ship via USPS. Please allow 1 week for shipments in the US and 3 or more weeks to Canada. International orders may take longer than 3 weeks and depends on the location. If your item is a new item, pre-ordered item, special discount, and special orders may take longer. These are instances where print productions can take up to a week before the hit the mail.
I don't have a PayPal account - can I still order one of Validates wonderful t-shirts?
PayPal processes the payments made to Validate T-shirts and accepts all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. When you get to the PayPal site - select the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option in the "Choose a way to pay" area of the checkout screen.
Of course if you do have a PayPal account, you can pay that way as well.
How secure is your online store for processing my payment?
Very secure. Validate T-shirts uses PayPal to process all payment. PayPal Automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PayPal site using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connect to the internet, so your information is only available to authorized computers.
Do you allow exchanges or refunds?
Yes! email us at [email protected] with your request and we will respond with instructions on how to return your merchandise. We only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items please.
